Shipment processing time
The Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays after 2 PM, Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may delay by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If located within the Nairobi area.
The Rest of Kenya can take up to 3 business days, costing Ksh. 350 some remote areas will require top up to facilitate shipping
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Nairobi and select surrounding areas. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will inform you on such occasions or call if your order is unreasonably late.
Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses
We deliver to most addresses in Kenya. We also ship to other regions
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or TEXT MESSAGE once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HUDDAH COSMETICS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are individual customer responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Pick-up Orders
All pickup orders are subject to charges 59 kes it serves as a storage fee for a period of up to
3 months.
Ensure you have collected your order within the time frame to avoid extra charges.
Orders uncollected within 3 months will attract a storage fee of 59kes per month.
If an order is not collected within 6 months it will be discarded without NOTICE!
Damages
HUDDAH COSMETICS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact us within the hour of receiving your package to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
